Jeremy Hunt
EXECUTIVE CHEF
South African-born Jeremy Hunt grew up on a dairy farm famous for artisan cheese, immersing him in a farm-to-table food culture. He earned his Cordon Bleu degree from Silwood School of Cookery and has since excelled in the hospitality industry, gaining global experience in cooking, food trends, produce, and leadership.

Abdullah Abrahams
HEAD CHEF
Born in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, Abdullah Abrahams learned food fundamentals in his family’s butchery. Training at Cape Town’s Cordon Bleu school launched his passion for quality and heritage-focused cuisine. Now at KU DE TA under Chef Jeremy, Abdullah creates memorable dishes with local ingredients and inventive twists.

Leo Gunawan
BAR MANAGER
Leo Gunawan brings 10 years of hospitality experience to the bar at KU DE TA. Since joining in 2012, the Bar Manager has crafted an exciting cocktail menu with a number of signature drinks, contemporary twists, and all the classics. He is constantly inspired by Bali’s rich and abundant produce, and works hard to maintain a close relationship with suppliers and farmers.
